Shipping & Return Information

We ship through USPS and UPS.

Most orders will be shipped within 5 Business Days.  

If you need your order by a certain date please give the date in the notes and do not use First Class Mail.

Custom orders such as Travel Bug Decals may delay the shipping process.

In store pick-up must be approved prior to ordering.  If you choose in store pick-up and do not pick up your order within 1 week of the order date your items will return to stock and there will be NO REFUND! 

Shipping charges are based on total order weight and location. 

We CANNOT be responsible for USPS or UPS delays unless it is Overnight shipping. 

NO RETURNS 

Damaged items may be returned for even exchange only.

We will only accept Damaged returns within 15 days of purchase.

We will not be responsible for items lost in the mail unless you purchase insurance and Confirmation.
